This 2003 Mercedes-Benz CLK320 coupe remained in Texas until the seller’s acquisition on BaT in February 2023 and now has 18k miles. Subsequent work included installing a rearview camera and an Alpine head unit and replacing the crankshaft position sensor, spark plugs, and transmission pan. It is powered by a 3.2-liter V6 paired with a five-speed automatic transmission and is finished in black over Charcoal leather. The car is equipped with the Appearance Package, bi-xenon headlights, a sunroof, 17″ five-spoke wheels, heated power-adjustable front seats, and dual-zone automatic climate control. The 3.2-liter SOHC 18-valve V6 was factory rated at 215 horsepower and 229 lb-ft of torque. Service since April 2023 included replacing the crankshaft position sensor, air filter, spark plugs, and ignition coils.
Power is routed to the rear wheels via a five-speed automatic transmission with Touch Shift. The transmission pan and gasket were replaced in November 2023, and the valve body connector was replaced the following month.
The Carfax report lists at least one open recall and the aforementioned accident.
