This 1959 Ford Galaxie Skyliner is said to have undergone a refurbishment in 2002 before it was purchased by the selling dealer in 2024. The car is finished in two-tone Geranium and white over Geranium vinyl upholstery with black and white accents, and power comes from a 352ci V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes a power-retractable “Hide-Away” hardtop, power-assisted drum brakes, power steering, a dual exhaust system, a heater, and a push-button AM radio. Service performed by the selling dealer in preparation for the sale included the installation of a replacement fuel tank, fuel pump, battery, brake lines, and tires, as well as an oil change and coolant flush. The 352ci V8 features a four-barrel carburetor as well as a blue-finished air cleaner and Ford-branded valve covers. Output was factory rated at 300 horsepower. A replacement battery was installed in 2024, and an oil change and coolant flush were also performed.
