This 1972 Chevrolet K5 Blazer CST underwent a mechanical and cosmetic refurbishment after the seller’s 2021 acquisition. Work included installing the replacement 350ci V8, resealing the three-speed automatic transmission and the dual-range transfer case, repainting the exterior Hawaiian Blue, reupholstering the seats in parchment white vinyl and houndstooth cloth, and replacing the alternator, starter, radiator, and power steering box. The truck is also equipped with a limited-slip rear differential, 15″ Rally wheels, manually locking front hubs, front disc brakes, chrome bumpers, and a white removable hardtop. This K5 Blazer CST is offered with refurbishment photos and a clean Colorado title in the seller’s name.
During the refurbishment, the body was removed from the frame, body and rust repair was performed, the trim and chrome bumpers were replaced, and the truck was repainted Hawaiian Blue. Additional equipment includes a white removable hardtop, an egg-crate grille, and a drop-down tailgate.
The 15″ Rally wheels are mounted with Goodyear Wrangler tires. The truck is equipped with manually locking front hubs and power steering, and braking is provided by power-assisted front discs and rear drums. The power steering box is said to have been replaced in February 2023.
The front bucket seats, rear bench, and rear side panels were reupholstered, the carpets and dash pad were replaced, and the sun visors, center console, and door panels were refreshed during the refurbishment. The seats are trimmed in parchment white vinyl with houndstooth cloth inserts. The speakers have been removed.
The three-spoke steering wheel frames a 100-mph speedometer alongside gauges for fuel level, battery charging, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. The five-digit odometer shows 21k miles, approximately 100 of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The replacement 350ci V8 was overhauled before being installed in February 2023, at which time the alternator, starter, and radiator were replaced.

Power is routed to the rear or all four wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and a Positraction limited-slip rear differential. The frame was repainted and the transmission and transfer case were repainted and resealed in 2022.
