1959 Buick Invicta Two-Door Hardtop

This 1959 Buick Invicta two-door hardtop is said to have been sold new in Oklahoma and subsequently spent 20 years in a museum in Michigan. It later spent time in California and Oregon before it was purchased by the current owner in 2006 and subsequently refurbished. The car is finished in black and white over gray vinyl and cloth upholstery, and power comes from a 401ci V8 paired with a Dynaflow Twin Turbine two-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes power steering, power-assisted finned drum brakes, fender-mounted mirrors, a Sonomatic AM radio, front lap belts, and a heater. Service performed in preparation for the sale reportedly included the installation of replacement shocks, spark plugs, wires, and an intake manifold gasket as well as a rebuild of the carburetor and brake booster. This Invicta is now offered on dealer consignment with factory literature, refurbishment and service records, and a clean Washington title.
