Duramax-Powered 1984 Chevrolet K10 4×4

This 1984 Chevrolet K10 Silverado pickup was modified in a pre-runner style under prior ownership, which included installing wider fiberglass fenders, raising the bed floor, and relocating the front axle to accommodate the 17″ Method wheels mounted with 37″ Mickey Thompson tires. The 6.6-liter Duramax turbodiesel V8 and the Allison six-speed automatic transmission were installed, and additional modifications include Mahle Motorsports pistons, a Calibrated Power turbocharger, a billet triple-disc torque converter, an 11.5″ limited-slip rear axle, hydroboosted four-wheel disc brakes, dual Fox front shocks, and ADS rear coilovers. The truck was repainted gray, and the interior was refreshed with Corbeau seats, Vintage Air climate control, Dakota Digital gauges, and a Pioneer touchscreen head unit. This modified K10 is offered on dealer consignment with a Florida title.

Work during the build included raising the bed floor, modifying the inner fenders, installing a fiberglass hood and fenders, and replacing the grille, doors, and exterior lights. The truck was repainted gray, and equipment includes a Pro Net tailgate net, a receiver hitch, a spray-on bedliner, a bull bar, LED auxiliary lights, and tubular bumpers.

The selling dealer states the front axle was relocated and front suspension components from a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado were installed during the build, which also included mounting the 17″ Method wheels with 37×12.5″ Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ P3 tires. Stopping power is from hydroboosted four-wheel disc brakes, and additional equipment includes dual Fox front shocks, ADS rear coilovers, and RedHead power steering components.

The Corbeau front bucket seats are trimmed in black upholstery, and appointments include power windows, Vintage Air climate control, and a Pioneer touchscreen head unit.

The replacement leather-wrapped steering wheel frames Dakota Digital instrumentation. The digital odometer shows 1,800 miles. The Florida title notes “Not Actual” under the Odometer Status field, which is shown on the Carfax report in March 2024. Total mileage is unknown.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through an Allison six-speed automatic transmission. A replacement frame was fabricated during the build, and additional modifications include a billet triple-disc torque converter and an 11.5″ rear axle with a limited-slip differential and 3.73:1 gearing.

The Carfax report lists the aforementioned accident and “Not Actual Mileage” title entries.
