1986 Jeep CJ-7 4-Speed

This 1986 Jeep CJ-7 was reportedly used as a plow vehicle by a Caterpillar dealership in Michigan before it was relocated to Florida and acquired by the seller on BaT in May 2021. After being listed on BaT in April 2022, work is said to have involved rust repairs, a repaint in black, and the replacement of the tires, steering stabilizer, shock absorbers, ball joints, tie rod ends, axle shaft universal joints, heater core, and valve cover gasket. The Jeep is powered by a 2.5-liter inline-four linked with a four-speed manual transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and a limited-slip front differential and features a black soft top, removable doors, a roll bar, white 15″ steel wheels, three-point front seatbelts, a Bluetooth stereo, Alpine speakers, and a locking center console. Reported work since 2022 has included replacing the steering stabilizer, shock absorbers, ball joints, tie rod ends, axle shaft universal joints, and seals for the axles and wheel hubs.
