1971 Jaguar XKE Series II Roadster

This 1971 Jaguar XKE Series II roadster is said to have remained with its original owner in southern California until 2008, at which time it was acquired by the seller, and it now shows 90k miles. The car was repainted in its original shade of Willow Green approximately 20 years ago, and it is powered by a 4.2-liter inline-six linked with a four-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential.  It is also equipped with light tan leather upholstery, a tan soft top, a louvered clamshell hood, four-wheel disc brakes, 15″ wire wheels, and a wood-rimmed steering wheel. This XKE roadster is now offered with the owner’s manual, service records, spare parts, a car cover, and a clean Michigan title in the seller’s name.

The five-digit odometer shows 90k miles, approximately 1,500 of which were added under current ownership.

The 4.2-liter inline-six was factory equipped with dual Zenith-Stromberg carburetors and rated at 245 horsepower and 263 lb-ft of torque when new.
