This 1939 Ford Deluxe coupe was turned into a street rod under prior ownership, and it is powered by a 350ci Chevy V8 mated to a TH350 three-speed automatic transmission. Finished in black with red pinstriping, the car features a chopped roof, shaved exterior, louvered hood, rear fender skirts, tunneled taillights, and chrome bumpers. Front disc brakes have also been added along with a dropped front axle and a Ford 9″ rear end. The custom interior is trimmed in red and white vinyl and outfitted with a Lokar shifter, tilt steering column, and Dolphin instrumentation. This customized ’39 Ford is now offered with a clean Texas title in the seller’s name.

The roof was chopped and the exterior was shaved before the car was refinished in matte black with red pinstriping. Exterior details include a louvered hood, a single-piece windshield, rear fender skirts, tunneled teardrop taillights, chrome bumpers, and dual exhaust outlets. The car is not equipped with windshield wipers, and delamination is visible in the glass.

Red-finished steel wheels wear spun-aluminum covers and are mounted with Coker Classic whitewall tires. The front suspension features a dropped axle, a transverse leaf spring, and split wishbones, while lowering blocks have been added to the rear leaf springs. Braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums, and the booster is mounted below the floor.

The cabin features a bench seat trimmed in white and red vinyl upholstery that carries over to the door panels and trunk. A Lokar shifter has been installed along with a red headliner and carpets.

The Grant GT steering wheel is mounted to a tilting column, and white-dial Dolphin instrumentation consists of a 140-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The odometer does not work, and total mileage is unknown.
