This 2006 Mercedes-Benz SLK55 AMG was initially sold in California and has remained registered in the state through the seller’s April 2023 purchase, and it has 33k miles. It is finished in Mars Red over black Nappa leather and is powered by a 5.4-liter V8 paired with a seven-speed automatic transmission. Features include a retractable hardtop, 18″ polished AMG multi-spoke wheels, heated power-adjustable seats, an Airscarf neck-warming system, a Harman Kardon sound system, a wind deflector, and dual-zone automatic climate control. The 5.4-liter AMG-built SOHC 24-valve V8 was factory rated at 355 horsepower and 376 lb-ft of torque. The crankshaft position sensor was replaced in July 2020, and the battery was replaced in May 2023.
Power is routed to the rear wheels via a seven-speed automatic transmission. The seller notes seepage originating from one of the valve cover gaskets.
