1996 Land Rover Defender 90 2.0L MPi 5-Speed

This 1996 Land Rover Defender 90 is a left-hand-drive example that was first delivered in Italy where it is said to have been used as a Carabinieri police vehicle. Acquired by the seller in 2022, it was refurbished in the UK in 2023 before being imported to the US in 2024. Work is said to have included repainting the body in green, overhauling the 2.0-liter MPi inline-four, and installing a reconditioned five-speed manual transmission and dual-range transfer case. Terrafirma suspension components, four-wheel disc brakes, and replacement leather-trimmed seats have been fitted along with a roll cage, a black soft top, a Puma-style hood, a NAS-style rear bumper, LED exterior lighting, and 16″ Sawtooth wheels. Other features include heated front seats, a touchscreen head unit, and Pioneer speakers.
