The 488 Challenge was introduced in 2017 as the sixth model to compete in Ferrari’s single-make racing series. The revised Challenge Evo specification was unveiled in 2019 with upgraded aerodynamics that allow the ability to adjust the front aero load independently of the rear load to help optimize balance. This example wears an orange wrap with blue accents along the lower bodywork. Further exterior details include Lexan side windows with a sliding opening on the left and a NACA-style duct on the right as well as a Lexan hatch/engine cover, dual quick-fill fuel fittings, and an adjustable carbon-fiber rear wing. Scrapes and other imperfections are noted around the body.
