No Reserve: 53-Years-Family-Owned 1961 Philbrick 17.5′ runabout

This 1961 Philbrick 17.5′ runabout was acquired in 1971 by the seller’s father, who later fiberglassed the bottom of the boat in the early 1980s. A replacement 350ci Chevrolet V8 with camel-hump cylinder heads was installed in 1989, and the sides of the hull were repainted in 2021 after the boat was passed to the seller. The dual-cockpit runabout features a varnished deck and transom as well as a port-side helm and white vinyl seating. The engine is fitted with a Holley 600-CFM carburetor atop an Edelbrock intake manifold, and power is sent to a three-blade propellor through a Velvet Drive transmission. Got Wood is now offered by the seller on behalf of a trust with a boat cover and a single-axle trailer along with California certificates of ownership.
