1982 Porsche 911SC Coupe

This 1982 Porsche 911SC coupe was purchased by the seller from the owners of an independent garage, who acquired the car as a project and completed a mechanical refurbishment. Work included rebuilding the 3.0-liter flat-six and the five-speed manual transaxle as well as fitting Carrera-specification brake components, resetting the suspension to European-specification ride height, repacking the front wheel bearings, and replacing the shifter bushings and pedal bushings. The car wears a repaint in Guards Red over black leather, and equipment includes 16″ Fuchs-style wheels, a sunroof, a whale-tail rear spoiler, air conditioning, a Pioneer cassette radio, and power windows. This 911SC coupe is now offered with the owner’s manual, a typed service summary, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Maryland title in the seller’s name.

The leather-wrapped three-spoke steering wheel frames a central tachometer with a 6,300-rpm redline as well as an 85-mph speedometer and gauges for oil level, oil temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 92k miles, a handful fewer than are indicated in a May 2024 entry in the Carfax report. The seller attributes the discrepancy to a clerical error.
