This 1995 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra coupe is a black-over-black example that shows 1,400 miles and was initially delivered to Wood River Ford in Illinois. Powered by a 302ci V8 paired with a five-speed manual transmission, the car has a limited-slip differential, a rear spoiler, 17″ cast-aluminum wheels, fog lights, a power-adjustable driver’s seat, a CD/cassette stereo, cruise control, a Mach 460 sound system, and air conditioning. Acquired by the selling dealer in 2023, this Mustang SVT Cobra coupe is now offered with a window sticker, the owner’s manual, an accident-free Carfax report, and a clean Oregon title.
The SVT Cobra featured Cobra-logo fender badges and revised front and rear bumper covers when compared to the contemporary Mustang GT. This example is finished in Black Clearcoat and has fog lights, hood vents, a rear spoiler, and dual exhaust outlets. Scratches are located below the left fog light.
Cast-aluminum 17″ five-spoke wheels wear 255/45 Continental ExtremeContact tires, which were reportedly mounted in 2023. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes with Cobra-branded front calipers. The left-front wheel is damaged.
The cabin features front bucket seats upholstered in black leather along with a color-coordinated dashboard, door panels, and carpets. Cobra-branded floor mats line the footwells, and additional appointments include a power-adjustable driver’s seat, a Mach 460 sound system, dual front airbags, a CD/cassette stereo, cruise control, and air conditioning.
The four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 5,800-rpm redline as well as gauges for coolant temperature, voltage, oil pressure, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 1,400 miles, approximately 100 of which were added under current ownership.
The 302ci V8 features electronic fuel injection and GT40 cylinder heads for a factory rating of 240 horsepower and 285 lb-ft of torque. A replacement fuel pump and battery were fitted in October 2023.
Power is routed to the rear wheels via a T5OD five-speed manual transmission and a Traction-Lok limited-slip differential. Additional photos of the underside are provided in the gallery.
The window sticker lists initial delivery to Wood River Ford in Illinois, along with factory colors, equipment, options, and a total price of $24,555.
The Carfax report lists at least one open recall.
