The included Deluxe Marti report notes the car was initially delivered to Sample Hart Motor Co. of Omaha, Nebraska, and it was used as the cover feature for the November 2009 issue of Mustang Times. According to the selling dealer, who acquired the car in March 2024, it was restored by noted Mustang Club of America Gold Card judge Marty Rupp, achieved MCA Gold recognition seven times, and was both an Antique Automobile Club of America Grand National and Senior Grand National winner.
