The engine was subsequently removed, and it is fitted with twin Weber carburetors, a camshaft cover, ignition components, and a dry-sump oil system. This Alfa Romeo engine is now offered by the seller on behalf of the owner at no reserve in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

The Alfa Romeo twin-camshaft 1,290cc inline-four debuted in 1954 with the introduction of the Giulietta Sprint coupe. The design features an aluminum block and cylinder head, cast iron cylinder liners, and hemispherical combustion chambers. Per the seller, this example was rebuilt in 2017 by Huffaker Motorsports. The seller reports that the engine was used for around five hours across two race weekends in a Huffaker-Genie Mark IV before it was removed and stored.
