Modified 502-Powered 1987 Chevrolet V20 Silverado Fleetside Pickup 4×4

This 1987 Chevrolet V20 Silverado Fleetside pickup was purchased by the current owner in 1991 and was more recently the subject of a custom build that included installing a 502ci GM V8 crate engine with Tuned Port Injection that is linked with a Bowtie Overdrives 700R4 K-case four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. The truck is finished in Midnight Black over a custom black vinyl interior, and features include an 8″ Skyjacker lift kit, Fox remote-reservoir shocks, spray-in bedliner, a receiver hitch, manually locking front hubs, a Griffin aluminum radiator, a custom exhaust system with ceramic-coated headers and Flowmaster mufflers, slotted 17″ American Racing wheels, an Alpine stereo, and air conditioning.  This modified V20 Silverado is now offered in Scottsdale, Arizona, on dealer consignment with a clean Oregon title.

The truck was reportedly stripped before being refinished in Midnight Black as part of a seven-year refurbishment that wrapped in 2024. It features a Fleetside bed with a Line-X spray-in liner as well as a receiver hitch, dual fuel tanks, a sliding rear window, dual bright side mirrors, shaved drip rails, side steps, and chrome bumpers.

Slotted 17″ American Racing wheels are mounted with 40×13.5″ Cooper Discoverer STT Pro tires. An 8″ Skyjacker lift has been added along with poly bushings, Fox remote-reservoir shocks, One Up Offroad rear trailing arms, and upgraded sway bars. The truck is also equipped with manually locking front hubs, and braking is provided by power-assisted front discs and rear drums.

The split bench seat has been reupholstered in black vinyl, and interior amenities include an Alpine stereo, a tilting steering wheel, air conditioning, a trailer brake controller, and two subwoofers located behind the seats.

The two-spoke steering wheel fronts a vinyl-wrapped dashboard hosting an 85-mph speedometer, a 5k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer is said to have rolled over and now shows 13k miles, and approximately 75k miles were added under current ownership.

The 502ci GM V8 is said to be a crate engine that was installed in 2022. Equipment includes Tuned Port fuel injection, a Griffin aluminum radiator, dual electric fans, and ceramic-coated headers leading to a custom exhaust system with Flowmaster mufflers. Power is routed to the rear or all four wheels via a Bowtie Overdrives-sourced 700R4 K-case four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case
