This 1979 Chevrolet C10 pickup was refurbished and modified by Denny’s Bowtie Restorations in Downey, California, under previous ownership with work involving repainting the truck in red and silver, powder-coating the frame and underside components red, and refreshing the interior. The truck has been fitted with a replacement 350ci V8 and three-speed automatic transmission and has been modified with a 12-bolt Positraction rear end, lowering springs, McGaughys front drop spindles, rear air shock absorbers, an aluminum intake manifold, Patriot exhaust headers, and a dual exhaust system with Flowmaster mufflers. Additional features include power steering, power-assisted front disc brakes, 20″ US Mags Rambler wheels, aftermarket headlights and taillights, black leather bucket seats, a Sony touchscreen head unit, aftermarket speakers, JL Audio subwoofers, and a Flaming River tilting steering column. Acquired by the selling dealer in 2024, this modified C10 is offered at no reserve in California with a clean Michigan title.

The truck was refinished in red and silver with black and red pinstriping, and the cab and bed mounts were replaced as part of the refurbishment. Staggered-width 20″ US Mags Rambler wheels are mounted with 225/35 front and 245/45 rear Falken Azenis FK510 tires. The truck is equipped with power steering and power-assisted front disc and rear drum brakes. The suspension has been modified with McGaughys drop spindles and Ground Force lowering coil springs up front and lowering leaf springs and air shock absorbers out back.

Work during the refurbishment involved installing replacement black leather bucket seats and a color-coordinated dash pad, carpets, and door panels as well as billet aluminum dashboard trim panels. Modifications from Music in Motion of Boyne City, Michigan, include aftermarket speakers, JL Audio subwoofers, and a touchscreen Sony head unit with a backup camera and Apple CarPlay connectivity as well as a custom center console with cupholders and a wireless phone charger.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through a modified three-speed TH350 automatic transmission and a 12-bolt Positraction rear end. The frame has been powder-coated red along with various brake, suspension, and driveline components. A dual exhaust system with Flowmaster mufflers is fitted.

The truck has not been inspected by the California Bureau of Automotive Repair and has not passed a California emissions test, therefore it cannot be sold to an in-state private party buyer.
