Coyote-Powered 1985 Ford Mustang LX 6-Speed

This 1985 Ford Mustang LX notchback was previously owned by an editor of Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords, and the car’s build was featured in the 2012-13 issues of the magazine. Work during that period included the installation of a 5.0-liter Coyote V8 crate engine paired with a T-56 Magnum six-speed manual transmission as well as an SN95 Mustang rear end, 16″ CCW Classic wheels, a Kenny Brown suspension kit, later model four-wheel disc brakes, Kooks exhaust headers, BBK Varitune mufflers, Corbeau FX1 Pro Race seats, a six-point roll cage, push-button start, Vintage Air climate control, and Spek Pro instrumentation. The car is refinished in blue and has smoothed inner fender panels, a GT-style front bumper, LED headlights, and a carbon-fiber cowl hood. This Mustang LX is now offered by the selling dealer with a collection of Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords magazine issues, a clean Carfax report, and a Kansas title.
