Modified 1951 Chevrolet 3100 5-Window Pickup

This 1951 Chevrolet 3100 five-window pickup was modified under prior ownership in 2022 and features a metallic orange-finished body mounted to a Chevrolet C1500 frame. The truck was acquired by the seller in 2023 and was subsequently fitted with a 350ci V8 with FiTech fuel injection. Additional equipment includes a TH350 three-speed automatic transmission, 18″ and 20″ chrome Ridler wheels, four-wheel disc brakes, power steering, running boards, aftermarket bucket seats, and a wood-plank cargo bed floor. This 3100 pickup is now offered with transferable New York registration in the seller’s name.

The body was repainted in metallic orange and fitted with replacement tempered glass under prior ownership. A partial repaint was performed by the seller, and photos from the process are provided at the end of the gallery. Features include curved rear quarter windows, a chrome grille, chrome bumpers, running boards, and a wood-plank cargo bed floor.

Chrome Ridler wheels measure 18″ up front and 20″ out back, and they are mounted with Goodyear front tires and Firestone rear tires. Braking is provided by power-assisted discs at each corner. The truck is equipped with power steering and rides on coil springs up front and leaf springs out back. Monroe Reflex shocks have been added.

The cab houses aftermarket bucket seats trimmed in beige vinyl, and interior appointments include a center console with cupholders, a digital radio, a wood-rimmed steering wheel, and a FiTech controller. Pioneer speakers are housed behind the seats.

Dolphin instrumentation consists of an 140-mph speedometer and auxiliary gauges for coolant temperature, fuel level, oil pressure, and amperage. The five-digit odometer shows 9k miles, approximately 100 of which were added under current ownership. Total chassis mileage is unknown.

The 350ci V8 features FiTech fuel injection mounted on an Edelbrock Performer RPM intake manifold, and it was installed in 2024. Cooling is through an aluminum radiator, and tubular headers flow to a dual exhaust system.

The truck rides on a replacement frame that was reportedly sourced from a Chevrolet C1500. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a TH350 three-speed automatic transmission.
