This International Harvester Scout was acquired by the selling dealer in 2021 and was built under current ownership using the body of a 1967 Scout 800 along with the 345ci V8, three-speed automatic transmission, dual-range transfer case, and frame from a 1974 Scout II. The body was repainted matte silver with a matte gray Travel-Top, and the interior was refreshed with replacement seats, carpets, door panels, and audio equipment. Additional equipment includes a FiTech EFI system, 15″ black-finished steel wheels, hydroboosted front disc brakes, aftermarket bumpers, and air conditioning. This Scout is offered by the selling dealer at no reserve with a clean Colorado title listing the truck as a 1967 model.

During the build, the body from the 1967 Scout 800 was mounted onto the frame of the 1974 Scout II, and it was repainted matte silver with a matte gray removable Travel Top. Additional equipment includes aftermarket bumpers, a drop-down tailgate, and rear towing shackles.

The 15″ black-finished steel wheels are mounted with 31×10.5″ BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 tires. Stopping power is provided by hydroboosted front disc and rear drum brakes. The shocks were replaced under current ownership.

The 345ci V8, the three-speed TorqueFlite automatic transmission, and the Dana 20 dual-range transfer case are said to have been sourced from the 1974 Scout II donor vehicle and were installed during the build, which also included fitting a FiTech EFI system and dual exhaust components.
