The Audi A6 and A7 luxury cars, along with their performance variants, the S6 and S7, have received minor styling updates for the remainder of their current lifespan. The changes include new exterior styling, revised options, and more standard equipment, with subtle updates to the front grille pattern, LED headlight signatures, and restyled lower front and rear bumpers on the A6. The S Line package includes chrome front grille inserts, grey (A6) or chrome (A7) rear diffuser blades, and black and grey front air vents. The S6 and S7 have a different grille pattern with “aluminium-style inlays” and a silver lower front lip.
Inside, S Line versions feature black dashboard and roof trim, a black sports leather steering wheel with contrast stitching, stainless steel pedals and sill plates, and new dashboard inserts, including Olive Tree Natural and Ash Volcanic Gray Natural wood inlays. Standard equipment on European models now includes LED headlights, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, and automatic parking.
New colours for all models include Arcona White and Madeira Brown Metallic, while Grenadine Red Metallic and Ascari Blue Metallic are available for S Line and S versions. A range of new wheel designs and colours, including black or dark-coloured wheels, are available in Europe.
Order books in Europe opened on 1 June 2023, but Australian arrival timing is yet to be confirmed by Audi. Overall, the updates are minimal, with the main focus being on exterior styling and new standard equipment. The A6 and A7 have been widely popular models for Audi, and these updates will certainly keep them competitive in the luxury car market.
