VinFast – part of Vingroup and dubbed Vietnam’s answer to Tesla – will debut in France, Germany and the Netherlands next year. The manufacturer has now joined the German Association of International Motor Vehicle Manufacturers (VDIK) as it prepares for its European market entry.
