This is my 4th sedan with fuel efficiency & space for passengers in mind. That’s 1 Camry, 2 Altimas, and now the Mazda 6. Honestly, this car is the best overall out of the 3. It comes 2nd in fuel efficiency, 2nd in cargo space, but 1st in handling, comfort, & styling.
The handling is surprisingly sharp compared to the other vehicles in the same class. All while managing to give you an overall smooth ride. The 19″ wheels with good suspension & chassis design manage potholes well.
Comfort aides continue on the inside where you have plenty of cushion wrapped in leather & the cabin is remarkably quiet for the price point.
The styling is my favorite part of this vehicle. Not too many knobs or switches on the inside. Some of my friends are wondering why their Lexus’ & Infinitis have so many buttons are seeing the simplicity of this infotainment system. Even the steering wheel controls were well thought out. When it comes to the exterior, this car is not too aggressive (saving that for a mazdaspeed later?) But not too soft either. There are no unnecessary lines & they managed to incorporate the foglights into the headlights for an even cleaner fascia.
Definitely, the best of the bunch. However, my passengers in the rear wish they had more leg room, I wish the audio system was better, and why is there not an AWD MazdaSpeed version of this guy?!
