It lasted for 25 years without major styling changes. This car was pretty crashworthy, being built to North American crash standards of the time, though it was not sold in the US or Canada. Some models used a Ford engine to meet western Europe standards. The white “wagon wheels” were very similar to the ones used on 4X4 Subarus at the same time.
